Whinmoor Fields, East Leeds

Titchmarsh & Bagley, acting on behalf of retained clients White Laith Developments Ltd, has concluded the sale of an initial 27 acres of development land at Whinmoor Fields in Leeds. Vistry will deliver approximately 365 units on this first phase of the North Eastern Quadrant of the East Leeds extension. The sale followed the granting of planning consent by Leeds City Council for a wider development of 2,000 homes, a local centre, a primary school, public open space and part of the East Leeds Orbital Ring Road. Future phases of development parcels will be brought forward in due course.
