Guy gained valuable experience in residential sales, marketing and development consultancy, over a 10 year period whilst working in London for an international property company. In 2004 he established the residential team for C B Richard Ellis in Yorkshire and the North East specialising in development consultancy, the disposal and acquisition of sites for residential and mixed use development, he has an in depth knowledge of all facets of the residential property market.
In 2008 he had the vision to set up a niche residential consultancy and agency business, whilst the corporates were all reining back their residential offer.
