Thorpe Park, Leeds

Acting on behalf of Thorpe Park Developments Ltd (a Joint Venture between Scarborough Group and Legal and General) T&B sold this 22-acre residential development plot to the north of Phase 2 of this iconic mixed-use development located to the East of Leeds.  The wider scheme has delivered a new retail and leisure destination, additional award-winning office accommodation and the Manston Lane Link Road, the catalyst for the delivery of the wider East Leeds Orbital Relief Road.

Our clients secured Outline planning consent for up to 300 units on the residential element, including a detailed Design Code ensuring a high quality, contemporary scheme would be delivered. A specifically targeted marketing campaign was executed, with unconditional offers sought and secured on the basis of our clients delivering a serviced site.  Following detailed negotiations, contracts were exchanged with Redrow Homes, and the sale completed in 2019.
