We have completed the sale of this 7.7 acre site, with Outline Planning for 73 units on an unconditional basis to a regional house builder. The site formed part of a larger mixed use consent for housing (we are currently marketing the 2nd phase), a variety of industrial uses and a local centre all located along the route of the new Woodville Regeneration Route which bisects the land.
