Titchmarsh & Bagley have concluded the sale of land at Moorfield Road, Armley to Leeds based housing provider Yorkshire Housing. The sale of this 2.7 acre brownfield site concluded, following the granting of planning permission for 50 units. The site had been vacant for almost 20 years prior to its sale, and will now be redeveloped by Yorkshire Housing for a 100% affordable housing scheme, delivering much needed housing in this part of Leeds.
