Whinmoor Fields, East Leeds

Working on behalf of retained clients WLDL, Titchmarsh & Bagley concluded the sale of an initial 27 acres of development land at Whinmoor Fields, Leeds. As part of a consortium with two other landowners, WLDL secured Outline planning permission for up to 2,000 residential units, a local centre, a primary school and extensive public open space in 2022. Following their acquisition Vistry will deliver approximately 365 homes and infrastructure to service future development parcels in this initial phase of the North Eastern Quadrant of the East Leeds extension.
