This 3.6 acre brownfield site on the Northern fringe of the city of Ripon, was an historic rail goods yard. It was sold with the benefit of Outline Planning and a signed Sec 106, for 37 residential units and 6 industrial starter units to a York based developer.

Titchmarsh & Bagley, acting on behalf of retained clients White Laith Developments Ltd, has concluded the sale of an initial 27 acres of development land at Whinmoor Fields in Leeds. Vistry will deliver approximately 365 units on this first phase of the North Eastern Quadrant of the East Leeds extension. The sale followed the granting of planning consent by Leeds City Council for a wider development of 2,000 homes, a local centre, a primary school, public open space and part of the East Leeds Orbital Ring Road. Titchmarsh & Bagley have concluded the sale of land at Moorfield Road, Armley to Leeds based housing provider Yorkshire Housing.  The sale of this 2.7 acre brownfield site concluded following the granting of planning permission for 50 units.  The site had been vacant for almost 20 years prior to its sale, and will now be redeveloped by Yorkshire Housing for a 100% affordable housing scheme, delivering much needed housing in this part of Leeds.

We have completed the sale of this 4.82 acre site, with Outline Planning for 73 units on an unconditional basis to a regional house builder. The site formed part of a larger mixed use consent for housing (we are currently marketing the 2nd phase), a variety of industrial uses and a local centre all located along the route of the new Woodville Regeneration Route which bisects the land.

Land at Chestnut Drive/ Tennyson Fields, Louth

Following the granting of Reserved Matters planning consent for 141 units, Lovell have completed the acquisition of this final phase of land at Tennyson Fields, Louth.  The final phase, extending to 16 acres, represents the final phase of the wider development site.  Having acted on behalf of the landowners, T&B negotiated a Planning Promotion agreement with KCS Developments which subsequently secured Outline planning consent for a total of 300 dwellings (the site totalled 29 acres) in 2017.  The land has subsequently been sold in phases, with this final parcel ultimately seeing the conclusion of this development.
