We have just concluded a transaction in which T&B Ltd were involved and thanks to their help and understanding of our requirements and the complex structure, the deal was recently concluded.

In this instance T&B Ltd came to us with a retained client and a proposal to acquire a ground rent portfolio. We had been in discussions with another party but the transaction was stalling due to certain complexities. T&B Ltd and their client, understood the problems, dealt with them summarily and brought matters to an early, cogent and extremely satisfactory conclusion.

We have been very impressed by their comprehensive understanding of residential property matters and to this end have asked them to advise on a number of other projects.
