T&B have just completed on the sale of this site on behalf on retained clients, Freeman Grattan Holdings. The site was sold on a Subject to Planning basis, to Gleeson Homes, who succeeded in securing a consent for 170 houses and associated open space. A planning application for a 2nd phase of development is also being worked up by Gleesons.
