We have just completed on the sale of this 2.9 acre industrial site in the Green Belt to the North of Leeds. The site was sold to New Care, who secured Planning Consent for a 70 beds care home and 6 care bungalows. Due to the challenges presented by the Green Belt location the planning and design process was a complex one resulting in an exemplar design that sits comfortably within its setting. The care home will be constructed by McGoff construction and operated by New Care.
