We have finally completed on the sale of this former fire brick manufacturing facility on the Western fringe of Sheffield. The site was purchased on a conditional on planning basis to Avant Homes, who secured a second (and ultimately viable) housing consent on the site in April 2017. The 12 acre site represents the first incursion into the Sheffield green belt and as such was required to deliver a housing scheme of exemplar design and sustainability credentials, ensuring the 62 homes built on the site will be of the highest quality.
