Acting on behalf of a Family Trust and planning promotion company KCS Development, T&B have concluded the sale of a 10 acre development site in Louth, Lincolnshire to Lovell Partnerships. KCS secured an outline planning permission for up to 100 residential initially, following which Lovells secured reserved matters planning consent and concluded the acquisition.
