Titchmarsh & Bagley act for us in a property consultancy role and have fulfilled this role for over three years now. They have advised us on implementing a strategy to maximise the value of a number of our land assets at a time of extreme change in our business.
Their major role to date has been the creation and ongoing execution of a strategy to promote our more promising sites through planning with a specialist promoter and regeneration specialist. This has involved a rigorous, comprehensive and well structured selection process to find our partner of choice, whom have since been appointed and fit our requirements perfectly.
Titchmarsh & Bagley are currently fulfilling a monitoring role, overseeing the work done by our chosen partner and ensuring our best interests are protected. We envisage using them latterly in an agency role disposing of these assets, once their value has been enhanced, using their extensive knowledge and experience of the residential housing market.
