Extending to over 50 acres and located in one of the most sought-after locations on the East Coast, our clients secured an Outline Planning permission for over 400 residential dwellings and associated amenities in 2010.  An initial phase of the scheme was sold to Taylor Wimpey, delivering 150 houses and essential infrastructure to service the remainder of the land. A sale of the second phase to Keepmoat Homes followed in 2020, delivering a further 151 dwellings.  As part of this sale planning permission was secured for the third and final phase phase that when delivered, will provide an additional 220 dwellings.  Once complete the site as whole will have delivered over 500 units across three phases, over a 10-year period. Throughout the life of this scheme T&B have acted on behalf of their clients in both a sales agent capacity and also Project Management role to deliver the sale of each phase as the landowners are based off-shore.
