T&B have recently acquired this 1.2 acre site on behalf of retained Care Home clients based in the North West. Our developer/operator client secured planning for a 75 bed C2 Care Home unit with associated residents amenity and a health and well-being annex. This is their 2nd acquisition in the North Leeds area having also bought a site in Adel from us, which is currently under construction.
