Acting on behalf of Westley Group, T&B have completed the sale of their former works in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire. The site extends to circa 3.3 acres, consisting of extensive industrial warehousing, offices and car parking. T&B oversaw a successful Outline planning application for 44 residential units, and negotiated away any requirement for affordable housing provision as part of this application. Following a targeted marketing of the opportunity, contracts exchanged with Stonebridge Homes, subject to the purchaser securing Reserved Matters planning consent, and our clients providing Vacant Possession. Planning was secured earlier this year, and our client competed their relocation in August, following which the sale completed.
