A handful of investors were approached, who signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement before being provided all relevant information. The investors approached were specifically targeted for their financial wherewithal and ability to complete a transaction of this nature. The portfolio was sold to a family trust with a specific requirement for sustainable investments.
