Following a targeted marketing campaign, T&B secured the sale of this portfolio of 54 one and two bed apartments to known investors with an appetite for an investment of this nature and scale. The investment had a rent of over £400,000 per annum.
The portfolio formed part of a larger mixed – use development, and needed to be handled in a confidential manner so as not to undermine the continued sale of individual apartments to private purchasers.
Having specifically targeted the eventual purchaser in light of their track record and ability to complete transactions of this nature expediently, a sale was secured to a southern based fund. The client was delighted with the eventual sale, due not only to the price achieved, but also as the portfolio sale was secured without undermining the marketing and sales process of the individual units.
