Following a competitive tender against a national agent, we were instructed to sell this 8 acre fringe of town centre site, which benefitted from an Outline Planning consent for approximately 90 units.

Skipton, ‘The Gateway to the Dales’ is a sought after market town in North Yorkshire and the site was situated in the settlement’s favoured North Eastern Quadrant, within the Central Skipton Conservation area.

The land generated a considerable amount of interest that we capitalised on and was sold to a local builder on an unconditional basis. This was particularly salient at the time, as Brexit was causing some nervousness in the market and an unconditional bid removed that element of risk for our vendors.
